Anionic Surfactant

An anionic surfactant is a type of surfactant that has or carries a negative charge on its hydrophilic end. When these surfactants are mixed with water, negatively charged anions, are created. One of the distinguishing features is its uncanny ability to attach to a positively charged particle.
